GROUP BOOKING TERMS FOR MAPLE HOTEL LIVERPOOL

Maple Hotel Liverpool considers a block booking of 3 rooms or more a group.

No group booking is confirmed until a 50% deposit has been received, this deposit request will be sent to you on making your initial reservation with the due date of when your deposit should reach us.

Once your deposit has been received, confirmation of your booking will be issued. If no deposit has been received by the date due your booking will automatically be released and notification will be sent to you in writing.

Our cancellation policy for a group booking of 3 rooms or more is 14 days prior to arrival. If a booking is cancelled after this point then the booking deposit is non-refundable. Small amendments may be made to your booking up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

A full rooming list is required 48 hours [2 days] prior to arrival.

Should room occupants be arriving individually and an organiser is to settle the account, notification must be sent to the hotel prior to your party arriving, giving the name of the person responsible; without this, your party will not be able to check in until your organiser has arrived.

One key per room is issued; all keys must be deposited with reception when leaving the building. Loss of a key carries a standard charge of £30.00.

The hotel is a non-smoking premise. Any person smoking in a bedroom or public area will incur a £250 standard charge.

It is the responsibility of the organiser to ensure the orderly conduct of its party; the hotel will not tolerate abusive or disruptive behaviour from its guests, any damage caused to the allocated rooms or the furnishings of the hotel. If any act, default or neglect by the guests or organisers result in damage or complaints from other guests, the customer shall be liable to pay the Diamond lodge on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage. If a disturbance is caused the occupants of the room concerned will be evicted from the building and no refund given; it is not the responsibility of the hotel to find alternative accommodation.

For group bookings with children (minors classed as under 16), it is the responsibility of the organisers to ensure that there is enough adult supervision for the number of children in the party. The hotel does not offer child minding facilities. Disturbance to other guests of the hotel may result in your booking being terminated with immediate effect and no refund given. The hotel will not be responsible for finding alternative accommodation. Any damage to hotel rooms allocated or hotel furnishings will be charged.
